Nice hotel

Hotel has a restaurant that gets busy and shares the hotels staff, so keep in mind a bit of waiting for assistance when needed. But Hotel was great, Rooms were comfy, Staff was ok, food was great, vibe and decor of hotel was good, we had a waterfall view from our room. Shared bath was a bit musty and needed ventilation, wifi was crap. Location was great and in middle of strip, train station nearby.

Very central, close to falls and train

Some rooms are very small compared to others for the same price. Shower is on a different floor, shared toilet too. No aircon and very noisy ...lots of door slamming, suitcases being dragged on wooden floors and you can hear people walking on the floor above you.

직원이 매우 불친절합니다.

체크인하고 방을받아보니 유일하게 엘레베이터가 없는 4층 비상구계단으로 올라가는방이였습니다.여자두명이였고 짐을 들고 올라가기에 무리가있어서 방을 바꿀수있냐고 물어봤는데 직원이 정색을 하며 기분나쁘게 그방아니면 화장실이없는 방밖에 없다고 말해 그냥 방을썼습니다. 4층에는 공용샤워실조차없고 정말 방안에 변기만있는 화장실뿐이였고 계단은 매우 높았는데 짐들어주는 직원한명없더군요.시설보다 호텔직원의 태도가 너무 마음에 안들어 기분좋았던 스위스여행이 이 호텔로 인해 불쾌한감정으로 남았습니다. 게다가 4층은 일부러동양인들만 쓰게하는건지 저희방을 제외하고 나머지객실은 전부 중국인들이 있었습니다. 일부러 방이없다고 한건아닌지?? 인종차별을 하는건 아닌가 오해가 들더군요. 다시는 가고 싶지않은 호텔이였습니다.동양분들이 가실거면 꼭 다시 생각해보시고 가세요.즐거운 여행이 이호텔직원으로 인해 불쾌해질수있을것같습니다.

비수기에 손님이없으면, 상주 직원도 없음

시설도 괜찮고, 주변 인터라켄과 멀지 않은 위치에 자리잡고 있어서 편리. 주변 경관도 좋고, 하지만 늦은 체크인 시간과 직원이 없는 점이 조금 불편

Un peu cher pour l'établissement + téléviseur de l'époque 25cm sur 25 cm + parking payant mais nourriture correct . le patron très sympathique mais aucun des employes ne parlent le français heureusement que nous parlons l'anglais et l'allemand .

Lovely stay

This hotel was great! We read the reviews and had done our research so we knew that breakfast and parking were not included in the hotels.com rate. Yes, there were some people arguing about that when we arrived. But with that out of the way, we had a wonderful, clean room with a beautiful view of the waterfall. It was nicely located in town so we could easily walk to everything. The "colorful" manager was fine with us. He was friendly and amusing and gave us a great, romantic room. We were impressed and very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice location

Hotel was in a nice location and had on-site parking. Hotel owner did upsell having us look at 3 rooms (the one we booked and 2 other higher priced ones) to get us to book a more expensive one. We talked with another guest and he did the same thing to her. Overall though a very nice hotel.

Clean and strategic location to jungfrau.

Perfect location to Jungfrau and the hotel just walk in 10 minutes from Lauterbrunen train station. Enjoyed the scenery and can hear waterfall from the hotel room.

시설과 위치는 괜찮지만 호텔 서비스가 매우 불만족스러움

체크아웃과 체크인 시간이 너무 제한적입니다. 리셉션에 사람이 거의 없어서 뭘 물어보기가 불편합니다. 세면대가 화장실이 아닌 방 문 앞에 있는데 물이 바닥으로 튀어도 물이 빠질 공간이 없습니다.

라우터브루넨 슈첸호텔 절대가지마세요..전화상의 안내도 상당히 불친절하고 호텔측의 요구에만 손님이 맞춰줘야합니다..예외란 있을수없고 정해진시간외에는(저녁8시까지) 그 누구도 연락할수없어요..전 2박 비용 날렸습니다...절대가지마세요

참 좋은 스위스 호텔

스위스 치곤 가격도 적당했고, 작은 소품등이 스위스 전통의 느낌을 잘 살렸습니다. 방은 비록 크지 않았고, 객실 위치도 좋진 않았습니다만 하루 머물기엔 좋았습니다. 근방이 워낙 풍경이 좋습니다.

끝내주는 뷰

내부는 리모델링 한듯 깨끗한 원목으로 이루어져있고 창문으로 보이는 뷰는 정말 그림같은 모습. . 신기한게 방에 세면대가있고 욕실엔 샤워부스와 변기만 있어요 그리구 컵라면 먹으려구 밑에호텔식당에 갔더니 컵라면 한게당 뜨거운물을 1프랑씩 받더라구요 그게좀 아쉬웠네요

電車に乗り遅れた経験から

お部屋は広さも設備も価格の割には満足できなかったが、それ自体は平均的だと思う。高望みするのであるならば、もっと費用を払わねばいけないと過去経験から知っていたので。それでも特筆すべきは、鍵穴から室内が見えることや、ヒソヒソ声で話しても周囲に筒抜けなぐらい壁が薄いこと。壁が薄い宿に多く投宿してきたけど、ここは群を抜いている。プライバシーは保てないと思った。なお、鍵は誰でも手にできるフロント横に吊り下げるだけ。 でも、そんなことは、たいしたことじゃない。どちらかというと、よくあることだから。 問題はスタッフ、というか・・・ チェックインはフロント営業時間の終了後にしたので、特記事項通りレストランスタッフにしてもらった。そのせいか翌日以降、フロントを通る度に不審な目で見られた気がして不愉快であった。極めつけはチェックアウト。8時からチェックアウト開始と書いてあったが、同じく横に「それ以外の時間はレストランスタッフへ」と書いてある。なので7時過ぎにレストラン準備中のスタッフに扉をコンコンとして呼んだが見てもしらんぷり。大きな声で呼んでみると、やっと近づいてきて、睨まれながら7時30分からだと言われる。 英語が不得手な私。「行きたいならどうぞ。その代わり警察呼ぶから」と何度も言われ気がする。なんという態度だろう。超早朝やスタッフ出勤前ならまだしも(そういう時は前日に手続すべきだと思う)、7時過ぎに書いてある通りにやって、でこれではあんまりだと思った。ちなみに、7時30分過ぎになされたチェックアウト手続きは、支払が元々なかった私の場合、10秒程ですぐ終わる。もちろん1時間に1本しかない電車は乗れなかった。 このエピソードはこのホテルを貫くシンボリックな態度だと思う。

Déçu du service

De l'eau tombait abondamment du plafond, à 6h00 le matin. La réception n'était pas disponible, toute la matinée. Le numéro d'urgence ne répondait pas. Le coffret de sécurité n'ouvrait plus. On a enlevé la porte, sans la remplacer.

位置极佳

酒店位置极佳，从窗口可以看到不远处的施陶河瀑布。出行也方便，从酒店步行到中心火车站和超市都用不了10分钟。酒店设施稍嫌简陋，商业气息过于严重，连电视遥控器都要用胶布黏住，细节上充斥着对人的极度不信任，让人感觉非常不舒服。

Z pobytu jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Wybierając hotel w internecie uwiodły nas kwiaty w oknach, oraz wodospad w tle. To zaważyło o wyborze hotelu! .Rzeczywistość zawiodła. W opisie brak informacji o płatnym parkingu, śniadaniu! BŁĘDY MARKETINGOWE - uwaga dla Pana Andreasa. Pokój w którym mieszkaliśmy posiadał utrudnienie - mam 187 cm wzrostu i kładąc się spać każdorazowo waliłem głową o sufit. Reszta cudowna, kolorowa, perfekcyjna. Panie w recepcji i w restauracji profesjonalistki na 5 z +.

このやり方は如何なものか・・・？

ネットの検索では通常1泊2万5千円以上の部屋が1日のみ格安（約半額）になっているようにな見せ方ですが、 実際は、ドミトリーに近いようなシャビーで小さな部屋でした。駅から近く、一見を獲得できるからか、観光客を侮った運営に見えます。ホテル敷地内の駐車場料金まで別途支払いました。 共用バスルームも不衛生でホテルとは言い難いです。一方で他の部屋は広くまずまずの内容のようでした。 予め、他の部屋とはコンセプトが全く違うと謳わないと詐欺に近い気がしました。 古くても清潔な部屋を提供するホテルの多いスイスでこのビジネス手法には納得がいきません。 翌日、近くのグリンデルワルトで宿泊したホテルは料金はさほど変わらないもののとても快適でした。 駐車場も翌日も無料で使わせて頂けてとてもフレンドリー。一体この差は何なのかと・・・・

완벽한 위치와 시스템

가격은 피크 시즌이라 좀 비싼편이나 라우터브룬넨 역과도 5분이며 주변 어디든 손쉽게 갈수 있고 창밖의 경치 또한 완벽함. WIFI 잘 터지고 식사도 맛있음
