"The location, food, bar, beach and the entire staff make the Beachcomber an excellent property choice! I think of it as a small, intimate cruise ship as opposed to a mega size cruise ship. I like the former. Yes, it is not all shining and new but it is so comfortable and welcoming. It was relaxing without effort. Saturday night we went to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and as soon as I got out of the Lyft, I wanted to go back to the Beachcomber. One drink and an appetizer and we headed back. You can tell the Beachcomber is family owned and operated. And they are doing a great job. Definitely plan to go back. "

"Clean and spacious rooms, the bathroom was a little outdated but was clean. Location is great and right on the beach, pool was clean and big, but very deep (if you have small kids, be aware!) breakfast was just toast and oatmeal, nothing else or extra for payment. Coffee and tea was available free all day long! I will definitely be coming back to stay here again. "
