"For us what stood out were the staff, the quality of our room and food. This hotel is perfectly located if you want quiet but dont mind a 5 min walk to the beach or the town. The taxi services are great for further afield areas. Would we come back. Definitely. "

"FZEEN is fantastic. Every single detail of your experience is well thought out, from arrival to classes to dining. The location is beautiful and the grounds are very special. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped. What makes this place so special is the staff, they are truly magnificent and make your experience that much better. I can’t wait to go back. "

"Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. "

"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!"
