"What a fantastic hotel. Right on Plaza Santa Ana and a short pleasant walk round a couple of lovely old town streets to the restaurants. Very clean and the room was a great size with good facilities. Beautifully stylish and modern bathroom. Great room with more than ample seating and a very good sized bed. There’s a great rooftop terrace where we sat with a drink and a coffee. Views to the cathedral and the square."

I found myself scrunching my towel up to my nose for a deep sniff before I used it, don't change your laundry soap! "Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price."

"A good 5 star hotel with very big rooms and luxurious items and facilities within. The hotel facilities are good and the whole place is very artistic. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's not too expensive and is in a good location. The restaurant and bar are very good. The spa area is also very good. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in for its location and class. Highly recommended and would definitely return."
