Well organized beautiful brand new house, 4 parking spaces, in a safe neighborhood, with several shopping centers around ,3 miles from the strip,2 miles from the air port.
The charge for staying at the house is :
The first 1 - 2 persons are included in the base price per a night
For any additional person there is a $40 extra charge per a night
There is a limit of maximum 5 guests that can stay at the house

Perfect Place Off the Strip

Perfect for a more lowkey stay in Vegas off the strip. Recommend having a car, rented one for our stay. The house was wonderful and the host communicated quickly and clearly! Check in and out was simple and carefree as a guest. Was a wonderful stay and a wonderful house.

Clean and spacious

Only 10 or 15 minutes drive from the south end of the strip, this was a clean and comfortable stay for a few days. I would stay here again on my next trip to Vegas, no doubt.

Great location and host

The house is located in an upcoming neighborhood and was a great spot for both our event and Vegas. Roomy group layout, comfortable beds, nice shower and amenities. The host was friendly and had good contact. Easy check in and out.

Vegas Wrestling Trip

We came to Vegas so my son and his friend could go to the wrestling event in town. This house was perfect for the event. We each had our own room. The check in process was so easy, and when we had a question for Ronnie, he responded immediately.

Great Central Location

Great location for our stay in Las Vegas. We had a rehearsal dinner and a wedding in different parts of the city. This was an ideal location. The house was clean and BIG. We only had two people, but it would be great for a larger party.

Great property, Great price

Very happy with my stay at this property. Great location, and overall great value for what you get. Beats a hotel room for certain. Property also provided unlimited complimentary bottled water, ice cold at that, which was a pleasant surprise. Nothing negative at all about the stay. Plenty of room, very spacious.

Convenience, Excellent communication

Ronnie was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The property is convenient to the strip - about 15 minutes to everything, 10 mins to the airport. The home is well-appointed and just as advertised. Many Thanks, Ronnie!

Nice stay but still uses a key

Host very easy to deal with. Very responsive. Clean home. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only drawback is property not having entry by keypad…one key when people are leaving and returning at different times makes coordinating entry into the house during our stay difficult.

Ronnie is a rockstar

This is not a fancy listing. It’s not supposed to be. But it is nice. It is comfortable. Ronnie rakes care of his guests.

Very pleased with Ronnie. He was very friendly and accommodating. I was in Vegas for a foot/leg surgery and he even brought me a wheelchair for post op recovery until I flew home. House was well appointed and he even gives you extras like coffee/water and plenty of paper supplies. Thumbs up!!

Overall, my stay was fine, but there were a few drawbacks.The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillow selection was limited. It also seemed like there had been some electrical work done recently—some of the old outlets were not functional. At times, the neighbors next door were loud and arguing, which impacted the overall experience.On the positive side, the location was convenient and close to the airport.

Lovely stay in Las Vegas

My husband & I had a great stay, Ronnie was very communicative, loved that he had snacks & waterBottles as we forgot ours. Home was just as described, loved all the local food options in the area. Close drive to the strip and concert venue. Would definitely be back probably sleep in one of the other bedrooms next time as there is a shared wall between another unit that other guests are in and they were quite loud.

Trust issues

Lack of communication don't know if it's on Vrbo or the homeowner. Didn't get any communication till the day of check in. Then it was all important that we check in as soon as possible. Met Ronnie and he gave us some keys and a tour. House is clean and pretty well stocked. Tons of outlets and light switches, hard to figure out what turns on what. Beds are not queens!! More like doubles. The one bathroom is ridiculous for a 3 bedroom house. Also you don't get the entire place to yourself. There are 3 units. The main part which we rented, two end units. The unit by the bathroom was loud every night, blasting music and such. We rented the house for a week. Stayed a few days and traveled to Moab for a couple days then back to this rental. While we were gone someone was in the house and our stuff was stolen. I can't prove that anyone was in there but large items don't just walk away. And I received a text from Ronnie stating that he thanks us for keeping the house clean, that was right after getting back from Moab. The house is close to everything, but I do not trust that we weren't spied on and robbed by the owner. This is my opinion and my review after spending 7 days in this property you do what you want, you've been warned.

Place was clean and furnished well with plenty of seating/tables for entertaining or accommodating bigger parties. Seasonings, bottled water, and kitchen supplied well with dishes, pots, and pans. House is not a stand alone but it was still very privately maintained and there were no issues with other tenants. pansOwner was responsive and pleasant.
