  • Stay at this simple and spacious 2 story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in North Las Vegas. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Please note this is a VRBO Listing and should be booked through VRBO directly. Easy Self Check In with Digital Lock. Kitchen is equipped for cooking so let your inner chef come out to play! Just remember to clean up after :) Large Master Bedroom with King Bed and Ensuite Bath. Both smaller bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size beds. Upstairs laundry room. 2 Car Driveway. Individual window AC units in rooms. No Central AC/Heat. Small individual heating units can be moved around if you need heat. Dining table seats 6. Supermarket, drug store, restaurants, dispensary and shops all within easy walking distance! Sorry no remote avail for garage. You can use the garage but you'll have to use the button on the wall to open and close the garage door. This is not a 4 star property. If you are picky please do not book.

Perfect !

Me and my friends stayed at this property for a long weekend and it has exceeded our expectations! The location is wonderful since it is close to a shopping center and it is super convenient. The house was beautiful and clean, we loved the little notes around the place, they answered any question we might have had. I definitely recommend !

The house was in a perfect location for what we were doing! excellent neighborhood which was quiet and safe! Couldn’t have asked for a better host! We had an issue with the ac and almost immediately got someone to come and fix it. Always responded very quickly! Would stay again if we head back to Vegas!

This place was amazing

It was a chill neighborhood and after the a/c kicked in it was amazing. My only wish is the ac was turned on an hour before check in but otherwise. The space was accommodating and fairly priced for the space and cozy to boot.

Great Stay in Las Vegas.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our family of five had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the location—conveniently close to attractions yet pleasantly removed from the busy atmosphere of the Strip. It provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, which was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was perfect.

Nice place! Easy check in and out. My only complaint is that the carpets need cleaning, and sorta the floors all together. My 1yr olds feet were very dirty from just being barefoot inside.

The stay was very “Homey”. The decor added a special touch! Heaters in every room was a plus as it got a little chilly at night. The bed in the master bedroom bed was Amazing!!! Note…don’t run the heater in the living room and dining room at the same time. We blew a fuse. But Cynthia got it taken care of right away!!! Overall, we’d stay again!

The house is nice except that the carpets are dirty. Also, the closet in the master bedroom was locked, we were not able to hang our clothes. One portable heater is not working, and the other one shut down. We had a good stay though.

Downstairs climate was hot and very uncomfortable. As far as the house keeping goes in the master bedroom it was terrible, it was hair in the sick, floors, bathtub and the towels.
