The room was extremely dirty; the bathroom had stains that could be cleaned, a chair had to be replaced due to its dirtiness, and next to the couch, we discovered a massive hairball almost the size of my hand. Additionally, the TV speaker was malfunctioning. When I attempted to call for assistance, I was directed to chat with a bot, which proved unhelpful. Upon descending to the lobby, I encountered a line of 40 people and was informed I would need to wait. Frustrated, I decided to leave the hotel and booked accommodations elsewhere for the night, resulting in the loss of my money.
