Looking for an amazing home close to Downtown Las Vegas? Look no further. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house will surely meet all your expectations. Enjoy a quiet evening on the patio enjoying the beautiful Las Vegas weather or relax inside in comfort with your family and friends. This home features a beautiful kitchen with all the cooking essentials and dishware.

A $250 security deposit will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be refunded if there are no damages after check out.

Pets allowed with prior approval of owner. Pet fee of $60 must be paid prior to arrival.

No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $220.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
6. A fully refundable $250 Damage deposit with be authorized on day of check in. Deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out.

A Lovely Stay!

I chose this place for its nice layout of the living room seating with great natural light, the wonderful kitchen with lots of space for prep work, cooking and serving areas, the air hockey table, in addition to the wonderful reviews I had read about the host.Even though it was just me (1 person) staying at this large home, I knew that I'd be hosting 2 friends on different days, for whom I'd cook and spend time reconnecting with (who live in the area) and the comfort of the space was paramount to me.The host was fantastic with prompt responses to my questions before and during my stay and is super nice!Overall, I was very pleased with my experience staying at this location and had a wonderful time hosting my friends there.

Nice Home

We were in town for a family reunion and this property was located a few minutes from the location. The master bedroom was very spacious and the other rooms were on the smaller side but all the beds were comfy. The kids enjoyed the hockey table and kept them busy while we stayed. The host was fast at responding. Would defiantly book again.
