"Thr place was well kept nicely laminated which was very important for us arriving from our tours. Only the entry bridge is scary if you are not a good driver. They need a stronger water pump, water pressure in the house was very low when 2 showers are going hot water was plenty. Just low water pressure. Other than that location was great to enter El Yunke rain forest and 4 great river locations. Awesome time we will rent again"

"What could I possibly say was wrong with this house when I completely fell in love with it? Absolutely nothing! The location is perfect—it’s close to everything you could want to do. El Yunque is just minutes away, the beach is nearby, and there are plenty of great restaurants and places to eat. We absolutely loved our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Julio and his wife for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They made us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. We sincerely hope to rent this beautiful home again in the future. Thank you both so much for everything! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay."

"Walking into this house felt like home , intimate and secluded with a backyard oasis !! Very clean , quiet & peaceful everything your vacation needs and if you visit the luquillo kiosko and beaches that are behind it you will not be disappointed!! As well as a jazz club in downtown luquillo!! I will remember these memories forever ! Thankyou hostess with the most-essss ;)"

"Great location, short trip to Luquillo Beach, which is beautiful. House can use some updating. Gas for grill was empty and dint want to pay to fill it to use once or twice. Getting in and out of u have 2 cars was a lil bit of issue. Overall a nice place to stay"

"The house and pool were great! It is in a very quiet, secure gated community, near grocery stores and restaurants by car. Not walkable to Luquillo Beach area. The salt water pool was wonderful at the end of each day. Great outdoor area.There are plenty of beach towels provided, but only two working beach chairs, which was disappointing, as we had 7 in our group. Kitchen is well stocked if you're cooking at home. Trash bags and paper towels provided but we had to buy coffee filters, washing detergent, shampoo and other basics that are normally provided or left behind by other guests.Renters should know is there is no dishwasher. I didn't notice when reading the property description that a dish washer was not mentioned under "amenities." My fault for not noticing, but I think it should be stated in the description. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were good. It's clean and open. There is a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room and the master has a sectional sofa for extra sleeping.We had a stray kitty visit us throughout the week. We bought cat food and fed her outside. She was skittish and won't let you touch her, but she's hungry! I hope others will continue to feed her.Overall, really nice week there!"

"This property is as advertised and much more. So much room and space to relax between the 2 floors. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again."
