"This resort was excellent for a relaxing stay. The area is a bit of ways from the main touristy areas of the island so a rental car is needed to go to neighboring towns or anywhere off resort property. Staying in a resort view room, we felt like we were closer to anything happening on the resort, such as live music which we could enjoy from the comfort of our private balcony. The pools and beach were very nice with restaurants catering to them so you can enjoy lunch without leaving your spot by the pool or on the beach. The gym was undersold to us from the pictures, but it was really cool and well equipped with free weights, and cable machines. The gym even has an outdoor deck you can workout on and has a squat rack outside that overlooks the golf course and ocean, so a beautiful view while you workout. The spa services were also great and relaxing, we did the spa circuit in the morning as we heard it gets busy in the afternoon and we found that we could enjoy all the amenities in a seemingly private setting as no one else was using while we were there. The food was great, never skip a breakfast here, and the restaurants had great food/service. Only Cons I have would be with the room, The pillows were too soft, I would recommend requesting extra pillows if you like a more firm pillow; the bed had 2 twin size mattress pads which would separate in the middle of the night; and one of the shower heads was not working during our stay. We look forward to returning to this resort!"

"Booked as a mini December winter sun break. The hotel is amazing. Spacious, modern, clean. The staff all very inviting and friendly. Our suite was beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony really made this little break the best one ever. The buffet breakfast - so much choice we didn't know where to start. Would recommend to anyone. The hot tub upgrade is more than worth it. Turned a normal little break into something very special. Really spoiled us when it comes to what we look at booking in future!! "

"I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. There was everything from a full English to continental options, various drinks, and plenty of healthy choices. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. I didn’t try the pool because we spent most of our time outside sightseeing. The area around the hotel doesn’t have many restaurants, so it’s not a destination like Los Cristianos. We drove about 10 minutes to the beach, which was great. The hotel is only about 14 minutes by car from the airport, which is convenient, but keep in mind that planes fly directly over the property. If you spend the whole day at the hotel, the noise might start to bother you. Overall, a clean hotel with excellent breakfast, but not up to true 5-star standards. Definitely would come back in future "

"Can't beat it for the price! Spacious room.. a little outdated but spotless and comfy. Everything you need. Lovely views! The thing that really made it are the people. The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. Taxi approx 5-6 euros from fanabe beach. The pool was freezing! But we were here end of November when the temps are lower than average. It would probably be quite refreshing in the summer months! Overall excellent! We will be back! "

"Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem."
