"The hotel is very much a "you pay for what you get " location. Do not expect anything more than a bed and a shower when staying here. The location was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. However, the property has not been maintained well. For example, the bathroom sink had clearly been damaged and was repaired with epoxy. There was plenty of rust on metal surfaces and unpainted spackle where damage had occurred. Lastly, the hot water ran out during my morning shower on my first morning there. The second day the hot water was fine as I took a shower early in the morning. "

"It started with a smile and a warm welcome from Suede as we checked in. The room was perfect for the grandparents and our two grandsons. Piper, the restaurant, was delicious, with great ambiance, and the amazing cocktails from the Shoreroom were a highlight. We will return!"

The video sent showing how to park in the garage, use of the elevator and getting into the apartment was appreciated. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and watching the surfers was fun. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. There were several issues but the management company was quick to respond and resolved them. "
