Santa Barbara Golf And Ocean Club

8/10 Good
"Very lovely apartments with amazing views and great decorations. The only issue was the AC , it worked sometime and didn’t the other. Good and timely response from the staffs and they were helpful. Took some time to navigate the place but we got there at the end. The place itself is huge and have got plenty of things to do."

Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel, made better by the Magma experience - which was given as an upgrade as our original size room was not ready (instead we had a slightly smaller, recently renovated room which could not have been improved on!) Staff were helpful, hotel was immaculately clean and food was good."

"Really enjoyable, relaxing vacation. Hotel prices jumped in last year. Hotel needs to be careful that prices don’t get pushed too high as it will lose some off its affordable charm"

Bahia Principe Explore Fantasia – Hyatt Inclusive Collection

Bahia Principe Explore Fantasia – Hyatt Inclusive Collection

10/10 Excellent
"This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here. Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe."

Frequently asked questions

What is the best area to stay in Las Eras?
The best area to stay in Las Eras is directly within the village itself, particularly along the coastal stretch.Las Eras is a small, quiet fishing village with a relaxed pace of life. The main area for accommodation is concentrated along the seafront, offering direct access to the black sand beach and natural swimming pools. The village is compact and easy to navigate on foot, with a few local restaurants and shops clustered near the promenade. You'll find most of the holiday homes and apartments dotted along the streets leading down to the water.Couples looking for a peaceful escape will find Las Eras ideal. The focus here is on relaxation by the sea, enjoying the natural swimming pools, and experiencing local life away from the larger tourist hubs. It's a great spot for quiet evenings and enjoying the ocean views.
When is the best time to go to Las Eras?
The best time to go to Las Eras is during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to June) and autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasantly warm, and the crowds are smaller.During these months, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 20°C to 26°C, making it ideal for outdoor activities like hiking or relaxing on the beach. The sea is also warm enough for swimming. These periods offer a more relaxed experience compared to the peak summer months, with fewer people at popular spots and often better value for accommodation. For those looking for a quiet escape, travelling in late autumn or early spring can be particularly appealing. The weather remains mild, and the island's natural beauty, such as the Anaga Rural Park, is particularly inviting for walks without the intense summer heat. You'll find it easier to enjoy the local restaurants and beaches without feeling rushed. If you're planning a family holiday, the summer months (July and August) are also a good option, although busier. The temperatures are higher, often exceeding 30°C, and all attractions, including water parks and coastal activities, are in full swing.
