"I only stayed to run the Irving marathon. I ordered steak frites with Parmesan truffle fries and was a little disappointed that it was overcooked, the steak wasn’t sliced, and the fries were regular fries with Parmesan dumped on them. Tasted ok but way over priced. Otherwise it was a good stay."

"Room was clean. Staff was nice but called me at 10:30 pm when I was half asleep for really no reason. Breakfast was just ok. Instead of bacon and sausage they had chicken strips which I thought was really weird. Lobby is really humid because of the swimming pool I assume. Just an all around weird experience at this hotel. "I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and unfortunately, my experience was not good. The room felt old and outdated, and there was no ceiling fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping was also disappointing—they only made the bed and didn’t clean or touch anything else in the room. Basic cleaning standards were not met. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness."

"This location was terrible, roaches crawling on the bed, we had to pay 5 dollars for an extra key, the card kept getting inactive. There was a mildew smell in the sink area. I had to keep going to the office to get key card to work. It was very inconvenient for me. One worker there was rude."
