"Since I discovered NH Imperial Playa Hotel, I only stay there. The staff is great and the location is perfect. This was my fourth time and the last time I brought part of my family. Thank you to NH Playa and I will be back. "

"We were in one of the penthouse rooms as a family of four for one week, each with a carry on case. The apartment was clean, full of light and had everything we needed. It did feel a little small at times as the kitchen has very little prep area, the bedroom didn’t have much storage and the living space is quite small…but given we were out most of the time and we didn’t have much luggage it was fine. The dishwasher is very useful and the easy access to the shared sea view terrace (right outside the front door) and laundry room was great. The terrace is a beautiful setting. The location of the apartment close to the beach, restaurant and shops is excellent and hard to beat. We’ll certainly consider using this apartment again if the price is similar. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel has great amenities. The Michelin restaurants were world class but the general restaurant (1890) was ok but there was too big a difference between the quality of the restaurants. The biggest issue was the main bar where the service in the evening was very poor with a 25 min wait to get a drink. Many people were unhappy about this. Overall the hotel is very nice but be prepared for the bar.."

"I was impressed with this hotel. The staff, particularly, Jose Maria, were extremely helpful, the room was stylishly designed, the location was great, close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The only drawback was a chair that would not go under the very small desk. Not a huge problem for a leisure hotel. "
