I made a reservation for a Deluxe Room for up to 4 people, but I only listed 2 people on my reservation, thinking that since it was for 4, there wouldn't be any problem. Upon arrival at the hotel, they refused to check us in because there were 3 adults and an infant. The staff was demanding more money.
