Didn't find the booking

When I arrived, they couldn't find my Hotels.com booking. I showed my reservation number, but no. I was asked to wait in a sofa, but after 30 minutes I gave up and asked again. Once again, they couldn't find it, so they took pictures of my reservation and on my paid receipt (on my phone) and then finally I got a room.

Mi novia se hospedó allí, y fue espectacular, le ofrecieron una hab en la zona para mujeres y la pasó increíble, además, ella perdió un desayuno, y al siguiente día, también lo iba a perder, y la llamaron a la habitación para llevarle el desayuno a room service sin cargo adicional, esto ya es de 7 estrellas. Sin pensarlo, reservaría acá mis próximos 10 viajes a Caracas.

The hotel is one of the few decent options there is in Caracas. Nonetheless, it still falls short in some areas such as service, and maintenance. Almost no one speaks English other than the reception staff. In general staff needs hospitality management training since they are rough in their dealings with the customers.
