"Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff — especially Eduardo, who greeted us with a smile from the moment we checked in late at night until our last evening. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that any issues or personal requests were handled with genuine care and attention. There were a few small details that could be refined to make the experience feel truly five-star. For example, the bath salts weren’t replenished after the first night, and clearer communication about the rooftop pool being reserved for suite guests would have been appreciated. A few of the other reception staff could also take inspiration from Eduardo’s open, transparent, and welcoming approach, which made us feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful hotel, and we left with many happy memories."

"The hotel bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooftop jacuzzi good enough, maybe the opening and closing times could be extended for guests to wind down after coming from the beach. I can't comment on the breakfast as I chose a room only stay. I did see two baby cockroaches which I fed back to the reception team upon check out."

"We loved our stay at ART viviendas. The suites were very comfortable. It's location is perfect, easy access to highways and a 5 minute walk to the beach. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "

"I useually ask if there is a lift as i have mobility Problems but forgot. There were 43 Steps to the Apartments so strugled to get up them Dayly . Had to leave my mobility Aid Down the bottom .Thankfully no one took it.The Pictures Showing the Apartment Showed it had a Kitchen but I didn't realise it was a Shared Kitchen By about 6 rooms.The Rooms were Exelant . Even got A tv Chanel with English Films But I mostly wached on Utube on my Pad as I got Free internet . I dont have a Hi Tech Phone so I have a pad To keep in contact with my Family While I am away"
