"Everything as expected. A little confusing at check in as arrived after 5p.m when reception was closed. I think the automatic system worked well and informed me the garage entrance is opposite the petrol station. But did not mention the card key needed is the same as the room key which is the same as front door key. The hop on hop off bus stop number 3 is approx 15 mins walk away outside Las Arenas shopping centre and Carrefour mega centre."

"We stayed for two months and had a fabulous time. The accommodations were all you could ask for. Location was perfect with the ability to walk out directly on the promenade and beach from one of the main doors. If you’re a sea glass collector, this beach is great! Grocery stores were with in walking distance as we did not have a car and we cooked in many times as the kitchen was very functional. We loved watching the surfers and kite surfers from the terrace, where we spent most of our time. It was quiet and quite private compared to other options further up the promenade. Dealing with the owner and check in were very easy. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel has great amenities. The Michelin restaurants were world class but the general restaurant (1890) was ok but there was too big a difference between the quality of the restaurants. The biggest issue was the main bar where the service in the evening was very poor with a 25 min wait to get a drink. Many people were unhappy about this. Overall the hotel is very nice but be prepared for the bar.."
