Super trevlig personal reste med min sambo och 4 månaders bebis, rummet var otroligt fint och modernt, Dock var vi där 7 dagar där de kunde Städat bättre , De städade golv men bytte aldrig lakan utan bara bädde om, Jag påpekade aldrig detta men om jag hade gjort det hade de säkert fixat det. Otroligt bra läge till allt och ayia napa square 10 minuter till en jätte vacker strand Panchou? tror jag den heter. Men skulle verkligen återkomma till denna hotell igen!

Ma fille et ses 3 amies sont parties car l'hotel etait dangereux et en insécurité. La porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas,la chambre etait tres sale et ne correspond pas a vos descriptif. Et la personne de l'acceuil n'A pas voulu discuter apres leur avoir demande 50 euros en espèce !

Absolut ranzig

Unser hotelzimmer bestand nur aus 5 klappbetten. Überall war schimmel: an den wändern, am Boden, an den bettgestellen, im Kühlschrank und an der klima anlage. Die Bettbezüge waren voll mit flecken und einfach nicht sauber. Das badezimmer hat einfach nur bestialisch gestunken, die dusche war schimmlig und es gab kein Toilettenpapier. Blut spritzer an den bettgestellen, sowie an den wänden. Als wir um ein neues zimmer gebeten hatten, wurde uns nur gesagt wir sollen am nächsten Tag nochmal danach fragen. Wir mussten für ein neues Zimmer 200€ aufpreis zahlen. Und die rezeptionistin hat uns versucht einzureden, dass das alte zimmer gar nicht so schlimm sei, ohne es sich angeschaut zu haben. Im neuen Zimmer war die Klimaanlage kaputt, hat getropft und unsere Betten waren nass. die Bett Bezüge, sowie Handtücher waren dreckig mit flecken. Die Dusche hat aus den Fugen getropft und nach jeden duschen war alles klitsch nass. Das Waschbecken und die Dusche sind sehr schlecht abgelaufen und standen unterwasser. Das Waschbecken war nicht nutzbar im badezimmer. Wir haben keine frischen Bettlaken und Handtücher bekommen. Es kam am ersten Tag nur einmal eine Putzfrau. Danach hat das Zimmer abartig gestunken und es war nichts sauber gemacht oder ausgewechselt worden. Sie hat nur den müll mitgenommen.

Läs min recension innan ni bokar hotellet.

Trevlig personal, framförallt han som jobbade natt som vidtog åtgärder omedelbart man sa till om något. Städningen under all kritik, står städning varje dag, ena veckan fick vi städat 3 ggr, de fixade inte ens till sängen, inga rena handdukar ded dagar de inte städade. Vi hade samma handdukar i 3 dagar. Äckligt eftersom man duschar 1-2 ggr dagligen efter strandbesök. Grannen sidan om hade så snuskigt äckligt på sin balkong så det var massor med kackerlackor som vi fick in på vårt rum och det var där killen på natten var otroligt behjälplig. Poolen gick det inte att ligga vidd hotellet antagligen fått mögel i en del av hotellet som var de rivit och det luktade avlopp när man försökte ligga där. Tagit bilder som ska skickas till Hotels.Com. Allt ser mycket fräscht och fint ut både i entrén och rummen men läs men som skrivit ovan så är jag/vi inte nöjda med vår vistelse.

The staff when my friends and I arrived were very nice, polite and helpful however there were no staff at the reception on arrival we had to wait. My friends and I still received exceptional service from them however one member of staff named Sammy who usually works the night shift has the worst communication skills I have ever come across which is poor as, he is a “receptionist”. He apparently gave us a warning for going in the pool which he did not communicate to us, he tried to kick us out which it turns out he is not allowed to do because, it is not even in his job description and the reasoning for Sammy trying to kick us out was beyond stupid (he was going to kick us out for shaking a plant) HE WAS RACIST TO MY FRIEND and did not apologise he’s clearly not mentally stable and needs to find a new job as he’s just not fit for the role. Of course being a receptionist can be stressful but there is no need to ever bring sensitive or ethical issues into such situations hopefully you’ll fix up Sammy because your costumer service sucks. Anyways, the bathroom was very dirty spoon arrival it was not very cleanly, the sink in the bathroom, kitchen and the shower have definitely not been cleaned for MONTHS and the bowls and pans have not been cleaned properly and you are not provided with a sponge or even washing up liquid to help out the cleaners a little. Not all of the plug sockets work, if you lose your key you have to pay 50€ as Rio gardens do not have spare keys.

We got to property that we booked 6 months earlier to find oug it has been double booked and were sent to a less than average motel.. we stayed at the motel for an hour and canceller the whole booking

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Hotel liegt etwa 1,5 km vom Strand entfernt. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe, sodass man das Meer von weitem sehen kann. Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte!

Reception staff ok, other services very poor i.e. Tv, air con, faulty plugs no t towels, wet bed with air con leaking on it had to sleep on couch. Left 2 days early the manager promised to refund money. However still waiting for this to be refunded into my Cyprus account with the Hellenic Bank.

Perfect stag do hotel

Stayed here on a stag do of 18. 4 rooms split between us. Check in was nice and simple. Glad to have the shop onsite open 24hrs (as long as the receptionist is around to let u in and take your money). No pool onsite but the hotel next door were more than happy to accommodate us. Helped we were buying drinks from their bar all day. This hotel is right next door to river reggae club. Open till around 8am the next day. Perfect for a stag/hen do if u want to keep the after party going late into the morning. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the main strip, so perfect for us.

Rio no naps

This place is great for the young party people at there. Not far from the sqaure where all the partying happens not far from the harbour too and main centre. I believe they have pool party's at this hotel till 6am, Not great for families. Check in was a complete joke staff did not have a clue what they was doing. They also try to con you out of money. Would not stay again.additional not called rio gardens it's rio napa apartments

The hotel is nice! It is situated next to River Reggae! The address is correct that i found,but the telephone number no!excellent staff an the room was very clean!

To far and inconvenient

Front, very nice clean looking. Rooms not good at all beds were terrible. Furniture, no comfort of any kind, no pool, behind hotel a mess. Only thing this hotel has to offer is great staff, very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also very clean and helpful. Doing renovations front and lobby very nice, everything else not nice

New building, new furniture, good value for money

We were very pleased with the hotel, location and the rooms are confortable. The price was affordable. Everything was perfect except for the fact that we receives toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap) only at arrival. And we were 4 people staying for 4 nights.

NO WORTH TO BOOK!!

The TV was not working. They promised to bring a Technician to fix it but he never showed up. The air-condition was leaking. In the morning we had NO WATER to wash. The apt and the building were very dirty. In the apt next to ours there was not HOT WATER to take a bath. It was the worst choice we ever made!

Quiet hotel just outside of Ayia Napa center

Hotel facilities are in good condition and clean. Spacious apts with cooker&fridge and a nice balcony. Reasonably quiet and not far from city center.

Otroligt prisvärt

Perfekt hotell för den som inte vill hänga på rummet. Städning varje dag och väldigt trevlig personal. Enda negativa är att det inte ingår wifi, men värt att köpa till då det är jätte bra anslutning. Läget är jätte bra då det tar 3min till party gatan samt 3 min ner till restauranger/shopping!
