Perfect stay in Ayia Napa

Perfect hotel, stylish and very helpful staff, the night portier Yiannis was amazing, when coming back from dinner etc. we always stay at the front desk for a chat and he brought fresh fruit and even a bottle of wine as a gift. We recommend this hotel for couples without kids.

Overall stay was good however we had front street room and it was very noisy, we didn't sleep at night.

Food was amazing. Staff was so polite and helpful. The hotel has huge safe to leave parking. We got spacy room with spacy balcony. Very nice, with huge beds and bathtoom - room 130. The only issue was that it was on the main street side. During the night it was so loud when balcony door were opened, that we requested to change the room. All recommendations for this hotel.

Zum Frühstück und Abendessen wurden wir in ein anderes Hotel geschickt, die auswahl vom Essen was katastrophal und sah unappetitlich aus, jeden morgen zum Frühstück gab es immer das gleiche. Zum Abendessen musste man die Getränke separat dazu bezahlen. Das Putz personal rauchte auf den Zimmerterassen und ein Kissenbezug das schmutzig war wurde fast 2 Wochen nicht gewechselt.

Freundlicher Empfang. Hotel hauptsächlich für russische Touristen eingerichtet. Unseres Zimmer war in eine ruhige Nordseite. Neues Hotel. Schalldicht. Uns wurde Frühstück und Nachtessen n Nebengebäude angeboten. Ganz ok für uns. Das essen war von Menge her ausreichend von Auswahl her etwas begrenzt und wiederholt (Gemüse und Früchte). Wir konnten auch 2-3 typische Zypriotische Produkte essen. Das Hotel ist ca. 30min. von bekannte Strände Nissi Beach und weitere entfernt. Schwimmbad konnten wir von Nebenhotel besuchen. Kleine Strände sowie unterwasser Museum mit Skulpturen ist 10 min. entfernt.

Es hat uns nicht gefallen,dass wir die gebuchte Halbpension in einem einfachen Hotel gegenüber einnehmen mussten. Trotz der angeblichen 4Sterne entsprach dies längst nicht der gebuchten Leistung,das Essen war sehr einfach und geschmacklos.In Anbetracht der derzeitigen Pandemiesituation war es auch sehr unangenehm,in einem hochfrequentierten Speisesaal zu sitzen,in dem zudem während des Frühstücks alle Fenster und Türen und auch der Sitzbereich draussen geschlossen waren.Abacus Suites verfügt über einen sehr anspruchsvollen Frühstückstaum mit einem tollen Buffet,welches jedoch,so sagte uns die Rezeption,nur für Gäste zur Verfügung steht,die direkt über das Hotel gebucht haben.Alle anderen Gäste müssen die Mahlzeiten im Hotel gegenüber einnehmen.Schade,dass hierauf bei der Buchung nicht hingewiesen wird.

Highly recommended, very clean, modern, excellent quality to price. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Tasty breakfasts. Placed very close to the touristic center where all the action happens. I don’t see any downsides, really enjoyed my stay, definitely will come back in the future.

Great that the associated restaurant next gives you discount as a guest, as the food is amazing. We were half board which is catered by the neighbouring hotel which served fairly standard food. Hotel is well located

Great find.....

Ideal spot - close enough to be near the restaurants and bars but far enough away not to be disturbed by all night noise. Plus the double glazing is excellent! Lovely clean hotel, fabulous staff in all areas, really friendly in the bar and remembered our family when they came for a second evening. Would recommend to anyone.
