"I personally enjoy staying at this hotel, and often recommend it. The staff have been friendly and helpful any time I've stayed. The elevators are quick and always in order. The rooms feel clean and fresh. I would say the rooms could potentially be incrementally cleaner, however I do residential cleaning for a living and tend to notice things most people might not (dust on an obscure surface or streaks on a mirror for example) and being aware they have a lot of rooms to clean, I do not expect them to be pristine by any means. They are plenty clean and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the handheld shower in the room I was in where it had come unscrewed and sprayed water everywhere when I turned it on, but otherwise the bathroom was a good size, everything was in working order. Showers have good pressure and I appreciate the options of overhead or handheld shower heads. The bed is comfortable. I noticed when adjusting a corner of the sheet that there is a zippered mattress protector encasing the mattress, with another removable/washable one on top of that. Very nice touch. The pillows were great, they provide both soft and firm options. Plenty of parking around the property, although the parking out front can be limited at times. There is a very large parking area at the back. I find the location to be quite good, it is quiet and slightly out of the way with tons of shopping and dining options within a short driving distance. "
