Lapu-Lapu Apart Hotels

"The correct location was not shown on the Expedia website, so had trouble locating the room for rent. Also, the room (deluxe single) which I reserved on Expedia was not available when I checked-in, and had to pay extra (more than double) to the host on-site to be able to stay at the two-bed condo they had. "Apartment was fine but needed a deep clean many corners in bathroom and toilet had dust and cobwebs. Location is great and most of the staff were good with others not so helpful. Also pool area is great at sunset with beautiful views"

"セミダブル２台のはずが、セミダブルい1台とシングル1台でした。 シャワーが使えず、蛇口からのお湯で対応。 ゴキブリ、部屋にあるモップから納豆臭。 周りの環境やスタッフの対応の良さを考えるととても残念です。近隣にホテルもあるので同額程度なら２度とコンドミニアムは利用しません。"

"Perfect condo, well equipped, nice ocean view, spotlessly clean"

One of the air-conditioning units wasn’t working, and the others were not cooling properly. The internet also didn’t work, and despite contacting the host, no one came to fix it. Additionally, one of the bathrooms seemed to have a leak whenever the shower was used. Communication with the host was difficult—I could only reach out through Expedia,...

"Never book here. I waited for 2hrs after arrival because the host didn’t inform me which room number and at the last, I was informed to cancel the booking, so I couldn’t stay here. It’s absolute nightmare.. "
