property management lied. i booked and paid for 2 bedroom. i received an email from my host everything is ready.unit.,host gave me a.got to the c1 bedrrom and said that was the only available unit. if not happy to check outand the whole area whad no vacancy because of the holidays. host never called me kept calling no answer and never contacted me until afternoon of the next day. i got duped ,shower was broken,refrigerator was brokwn, bathrrom ceiling was water dripping.very disapointed.

Room and accommodations were very average. Very chincy with towels for showering and/or use at the pool. Musty smell in the apartment. Did not find beach to be walkable which did not come through in the description.

First off they charge for every additional person over 2 people. So even though it says room is good for 8 people at the posted rate that is a lie. Next the room is supposed to be smoke free, but upon entering is stank so bad of cigarettes I almost asked for a refund. I had brand new bottles of Frabreez thank God and used almost a full bottle spraying down all the furniture and pillows to cut the smell of cigarettes... Wow.. Internet didn't work so they finally sent someone to the room but they could not fix it so instead they used their phone and a QR code to get our devices to work on a different hidden network which DID NOT WORK IN THE MASTER BEDROOM... What a rip off... I thought the price was OK at 80 bucks plus 20 more dollars for my father in law and son.. The place was filthy with stains on the furniture, we did not sleep under the covers on the bed because the cigarette smell was over powering... No frabreez was getting rid of that. Tile on the tub surround in the master bedroom was coming off... The shower in the master bedroom was so caked up with hard water deposit the water barely came out... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AMENITIES ... I COULD NEVER SUGGEST SOMEONE RENT FROM THIS BUILDING... The second bathroom had a water leak to the drain was constantly making noise that was so loud you could not sleep if you didn't close that door and stuff towels around the bottom of the door to cut down the noise... WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.. DONT STAY HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Had to wait a long time since they couldn't find my reservation. This is so frustrating especially after coming back at night from a hectic tour. The occupant of the room assigned to us did not check out and the staff didn't know. No one followed up???? There were no towels and toilet papers. We have to ask and had to wait. We were not able to get to bed early because of all of this mishaps. I will never, never, never use this facility again.
