Rooms and public areas were nice and tidy, personnel very pleasant and informative. After a long drive it was great to get some bathing time and a massage on a short notice. Lovely. Can`t really find much to point out for improvement other than the location :) Not frequenting Iisalmi region you see. Warmly recommended"

The hotel information could be updated to provide clearer information about additional costs, like linens, transport from rail/airports, which train station is actually closest. A folder including I for on the area would be nice, too, for first time visitors to the area. Still, Markku provided information quickly when we emailed. "
