The receptionist was friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good and quick. The room is good for a short stay. And the sauna was a nice extra to be able to use.

It's safe to say the place looks rather depressive when you first enter the car park. I chose this hotel purely due to the large car park which is ideal for larger vehicles, such as a van. The room is comfortable enough. It had a TV, kettle, tea / coffee, bathroom, and a mini fridge (which thankfully was on). The breakfast was ok.

Hikinen ja ilmastoimaton luukku

Huoneen lämpötila oli yli 32 astetta, erittäin kuuma, ei ilmastointia, matkaa moottoritiehen ikkunasta 100 metriä, jatkuva liikenteen melu. Huoneessa pistorasia rikki, liian vähän pistorasioita, jotta olisi saanut yhtä aikaa päälle television ja irtituulettimen, huoneessa ei ollut yhtään yöpöytää, eikä mattoa, vessapaperi oli heikkolaatuista. Paikk ei ansaitse hotelli-nimitystä, motellikin olisi huoneen tasoon nähden aika kovasti sanottu.

Vierailu hotellissa 25.-27.2025

Asiakkaiiden palvelu oli ystävällistä ja toimivaa. Aamiainen oli momipuolinen ja makoisa. Lounas oli tavanomainen. Helteellä huoneeni oli todella kuuma, eihän ollut mitään ilmastointia. Rivitalo on 1970-luvun alusta, eikä juuri ole tehty korjauksia mm. kaikissa lattioissa oli repeämiä ym. Sukukouksessamme lauantaina istuimme kuumassa salissa, missä ilmastointia ei tuntunut ollenkaan. Vain hotellin ruokailutiloissa oli miellyttävää istua.

Praktiskt och lätt att hitta till men utan A/C

Hotellet utanför stadskärnan men därmed också lugnt. Rummet var bra med 2 breda sköna sängar. Parkering direkt utanför rummet+++. Problemet var värmen, det fanns en bordsfläkt men den gjorde bara nytta när man satt brevid den. Det var 29 grader i rummet så det blev att ligga utan något täcke/lakan på sig. Frukosten var bra

Yöpymiskokemus

Muutaman vuoden jälkeen yövyimme matkalla Kainuuseen Hotelli on mutkaton ja ruoka oli hyvää. Ainoat asiat joita kaipaisi on ilmastointi ja jokin ratkaisu läheisen junanradan ja moottoritien metelin vaimentamiseen esimerkiksi aita tai maavalli.
