"Pool area gets Sun all day and is well sheltered by glass panels. Small pool is great for moderate exercise & cooling off. Villa is spacious, clean & well equipped. Lisa is very responsive & helpful for any queries you may have. We had a lovely holiday, thank you 🙏"

"From the wonderful entrance - a copy of the church in Teguise complete with Gregorian chants and incense to the beautifully attired room, we were blown away by this hotel, simply couldn’t fault it! Delicious food with ample choice, friendly staff, perfect location and 2 large swimming pools in a superb setting, we could not have been happier! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hotel Livvo Volcán and sincerely hope to repeat the experience!"

"First room on the ground floor was not good. The staff were great and changed our room the same day to top floor and presented us with a bottle of Cava. Thank you. Pool, Way too cold for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast, the coffee, tea set up needs some better thought. Adult only and friendly staff with free parking just outside."

"Overall nice place. Got room 103 so view was a walk, youd want 200s or 300s for a view. Quiet area so stock up on essentials for the evening but overall wasnt too bad. Hotelbstaff are lovley."

"Everything was as to be expected, allowed to check-in early and use the AI. Even after checking out AI facilities available until 6pm. Main restaurant is being refurbished but did not affect our stay. Hotel was nice and quiet."

"Nice friendly reception (though not too conversant in English). Really nice touch of a pair of welcome cava on first day and a whole bottle during christmas day! Spacious and well equipped pantry in apartment with nice balcony where you can chill and even wash items to dry. Apartment had abit of musty smell before we reached and had to be aired out - thereafter it was alright."

"Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it. "
