Fabulous place to stay. The staff were all fantastic, welcoming, polite and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the amenities topped up and the room was always spotless after they had been. The Spa service was excellent. All the facilities were great. The beach is very nice. We were lucky to get some nice weather in the rainy season which certainly helped the experience. We really enjoyed our stay at Urban Hangouts. Our studio was really comfy and cozy. Staff were helpful during the check in and check out process. Loved that we could park right infront of our studio. Note that eating options are limited in thr area.

Excellent hotel. We stayed for 4 days. Service was impeccable and staff go out of their way to keep you in comfort. Food was excellent.

Exceptional wooden Heritage Villas, gorgeous grounds, an amazing pool set in the middle of a lily ‘pond ‘, wonderful staff-highly recommended place to stay

We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival plus received both arrival massage and drink (which was quite good). Definitely felt welcomed and on holiday the moment we step foot into the hotel. Staff was continually accommodating throughout our stay. Daily breakfast was great. All in all we had a wonderful 5 star experience.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff cant do enough for you! Very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little expensive in the resort, but i suppose thats to be expected. A can of drink from the mini bar was 18 ringett and the shop down the road sold them for 1.70. However i will be going back there for sure! Great holiday.

Very impressive experiences in Ambong Ambong. It is a very special hotel on a hill, small but comfortable. We lived in room s3, the one on top, with great ocean view. Every morning, we were waken up either by thoes fighting monkeys on roof top of our room, or by the shower rain hotting the roof top. It is a kind of feel that is far away from big modern cities, relaxable. The staffs there are very nice and helpful. I would like to thank them again here.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was neat, tidy & clean. Couldn’t rate the Smith House high enough. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, I will be heading here to stay. 5 Stars!!!

The room was just as pictured - and it was kept that way by the friendly staff.Looking out of the room at our private pool was better than looking at the sea - the beach was about15 minutes' walk away - with pristine white sand and clear blue water. Within that walk were eateries of every possible kind, from street food cooked over an open flame to posh hotel restaurants. Easy to get around using taxis. A return trip to the island would be to Maneh Villas.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Ritz Carlton Langkawi with our toddler. The room was impressive (very spacious, clean, ocean views - one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in), breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was very kid friendly. We appreciated the little things that customer service thought of - one day we came back to our room and there was a kids tent in the room! These little thoughtful touches made our stay memorable and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come...

The staff at the Aloft made me feel so welcome when I arrived it changed my trip, right from the beginning to the end, I truly had the best time the staff are all amazing happy & friendly and the location and elevated pool for the stunning Langkawi sunsets made my holiday a perfect one especially as a solo traveller for the first time, I will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday

We had never been to Malaysia before and didn't really know what to expect. This place was one of the best on cenang beach and so close to all the restaurants and pubs. Wonderful rooms and great breakfast! If you want to stay on cenang beach, this hotel is a must!

Beautiful villa, excellent service, delicious food at the in-house restaurants.

Recently refurbished two new swimming pools, refurbished rooms, clean throughout the resort, excellent value for money.
