"The room was a bit dingy, had moths in it, and the cooling system is noisy (it would startle me awake). The elevators often smelled like cigarettes. It's an ok place to stay but I wouldn't pick it over the many other options in the area. The upside is that it's close to lots of food options."

"We appreciated the excellent front desk staff and the upgrade to a first floor suite; however, the “bedroom” of the suite was right above the swimming pool, where kids, teens, and adults were creating a lot of noise all the way past 10 PM. It was extremely difficult to get any sleep, and especially troublesome for our tired toddler after a long day. The hotel needs to enforce better time rules in regards to evening hours for pool usage. Everything else was fine."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ok. The pancake wraps with apple were cold. Pulled from the freezer and still has ice on them. That was the complaint from all who had the pancake wraps. Otherwise, breakfast was good. And of course, we all enjoy good coffee!! We would stay again. The hotel was well located and within walking distance of all attractions and good restaurants."

"The hotel stay was fine. Checking in and out were easy. However, a couple of things stood out to me about my experience and they negatively affected my stay. First, this hotel only cleans the rooms every other day. That should be made clear. I was expecting the room to be cleaned. On my second day, I asked housekeeping as well as the front desk for the room to be cleaned. When I returned that evening, my room had still not been cleaned. On my third day, I asked a manager to ensure that my room be cleaned and voiced my frustration that it had not been cleaned in 3 days. It was finally cleaned. I stayed there 5 nights and the room was only cleaned once. Additionally, I purchased the snack plan, and was still charged as if that were not in my reservation. However, this was quickly rectified after I called to dispute the charges. This hotel is located in a very convenient location and breakfast is included, but my biggest gripe is that my room was not maintained."
