The Queen suite was perfect, the grounds are beautiful, restaurant is excellent and the inn and surrounding area has so many fun, historical sites that we absolutely loved. This place is an absolute gem!

Loved the feel of this historic hotel. The staff was great at both breakfast and check in. Temperature control in the room was a challenge and would have appreciated a little more communication on cleaning the room for our 2 night stay. Overall, our visit was very good. We would return.

Its a lovely property w/a farm feel. The staff were nice and the food was delicious.. happy hour was a great touch and max the bartender was on point with those margaritas!! The room however. I booked a queen suite w/sitting area and unfortunately got a king rm, which they said was an upgrade, but it had no separate sitting area which was why i choose the queen rm. I was definitely disappointed in that it made it harder to achieve my plans for the stay.. the checkout was smooth and the woman at the front desk was very insightful in telling me that some sites were advertising rooms that werent available and there was a meeting coming up to discuss the matter. All and all the Joseph ambler inn was a quiet relaxing stay. The grounds are beautiful and the accommodations are good.

Nice breakfast provided, fun property but it was too rainy and cold for us to explore. We'll have to stay again to check it out. There were instructions about how to get the room temperature up but we couldn't figure it out. It was quite cold. But room was nice and clean and just what we needed.

Stay in a 280 year old house!

This is a special piece of history that has been comfortably updated and expanded. We were there during a quiet week, and it felt magical. The amenities are minimal, but there's plenty of common spaces and historical charm. Kept nice and clean.

It was a campus like setting. Our room had a patio with lovely, green surroundings. On arrival, we were given rooms on the 3rd level with no elevator. I am recovering from knee surgery and requested a change to a first floor room. The staff was very accommodating.

The property is beautiful. We're very happy to have had this experience. It is an Inn not a cookie cutter hotel. We were on the second floor. There was no elevator. There were also no ice machines. You had to go to the kitchen for ice. I would reccomend this for a romantic get away, not a family vacation.

Classic historic location on the border of Bucks/Montgomery Townships in PA. Stayed in 200 year old farmhouse. Service, food, atmosphere... all excellent! Great visit!
