"The hotel itself is OK. What spoiled the impression is the lack of professionalism of the reception staff. In the hotel there are the people speaking good English, but they were absent when we checked-in and out. As a result it took 30 minutes to be checked-in and 40 minutes to be checked-out. But the worst thing was that the girl at the reception (don't remember her name, it was the evening of January, 25, 2024) refused to give us the reporting documentation. "Nice hotel (the best in Langfang that I've tried). The rooms were good - though much of the workmanship in the room was poor (holes the drywall around ceiling lights, wallpaper glue on walls, identification marks on marble, etc). Overall the room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was good."

"Good location for Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Jingshan Park, etc plus close to Wangfujing Station on the metro. I had lounge access and was impressed with the food and service. Nicole was particularly helpful with lots of help and advice about attractions and local restaurants (for Peking Roast Duck - rude not to try it!). Also close to shopping if that's your thing. I would stay again."
