She provided great information and told us we were all set. We arrived by train and were allowed to check in early. The check in process was easy, loads of helpful information was provided. "Just back from a visit to Idar-Oberstein. Parking was easy, I arrived after 10pm so reception was closed but a staff member was able to quickly get me checked in. Room was perfect for my stay. Hotel is close to the Felsenkirche and castles. The Norma shop is 2 minutes walk away and there are several places to eat in the square."

"This is a quaint hotel in the heart of Rudesheim in the Rhine Valley. It’s my first trip to Germany so I did not have any preconceived ideas of what to expect. "The hotel was not staffed when we arrived at normal check in time. In fact we were alerted to our key by another guest and didn't see hotel staff until next morning. The hotel itself was nice but our entry in to it was weird. The breakfast next morning was good. The hotel was not airconditioned and the overnight temperature was 25C. There was a small floor fan but it was a hot night. Great location and in normal circumstances would be a good hotel to stay at. "

"This hotel location was excellent, very convenient to everything you need in Rudesheim. The staff there was amazing and extremely helpful. They arranged a large taxi on short notice for our group of 5 traveling all the way back to the Frankfurt Main train station. A wonderful stay overall, will be back."
