"The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks are so visible that there is no way you could sit to take a bubble bath to relax. The rooms are clean and dusted."

"We LOVED staying here for the week in Florida! The private pool was nice and a huge hit! The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!"

"I have 0 complaints about our stay. The house was so cute, pool was perfect, kitchen was very nice. I loved even the way it was decorated . Best vacation rental home I've been in. "
"House was really nice. Remodeled very well. Kitchen was very well equipped. Entry was easy. Furniture was comfortable, but oddly placed. Nice to have ice and water available in refrigerator. Neighborhood was surprisingly quiet The web listing was inaccurate: the web listed house with 3 bedrooms there was only 2. The beds were listed as two kings and one queen, there was 1 queen and a double. There was extra fees attached after the booking process started and they were not listed at the beginning. The fees were a a 100.00 extra person fee and 150.00 cleaning fee. TV was in an odd location and sound was terrible. No cable or any streaming service. We had to sign in with our streaming service. Too many cushions. Could not sit without removing cushions, outside on the screened room there was hardly any cushions making it hard to sit outside comfortably. Listing stated that pets were not allowed however we noticed some pet hair and pet amenities. Would go back if weren’t for the unknown fees and misrepresentation of property. Also, maybe some reorganization of furniture and TV."
