"We had a wonderful stay, the home is very clean, kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Communication was exceptional. Only thing we missed was a toaster but we survived haha. Lovely neighborhood to walk around, met some nice fellow walkers. Hope to rent there again!"

I will always from now on call the hotel before I book through any third party agency. This $150 deposit requirement thrown in my face at check in was a joke. I drove 600 miles to this hotel. It was crucial I had enough money to get home. I left the room fine at the end, of course, and received my deposit back, but it meant I couldn't spend that money during the trip"

"The home and location were absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our family of six plus our parents tagging along. The house is very well stocked with everything you need. The access to the boat was our favorite part. We fished and scalloped and boated to the sand bar every day. Coming off of the sand bar and having the evening to spend in the pool was so nice. They had everything we needed for the beach and the pool. The location was convenient to town. It was very clean and comfortable. We even had a manatee come visit us one evening in the canal. One of our best Florida vacations. Brenda was also very easy to contact for questions. She even sent us updated pictures of the property after they remodeled. "
