"Rooms are musty needs a major update"

"Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the facility itself on the exterior needs some work. None of the ice machines were functioning when we stayed there which required us to walk all the way around the property to go to the front lobby to get ice. It’s looking a little worn around the edges. The stairwells and the balconies need attention."

"Lots of wildlife to watch from the screened in porch. Short drive to food and activities. Located in a quiet cul de sac. Plenty of room in the house and it had everything we needed. Hosts communication was excellent."

"I don’t have enough space for my comments. But it’s not “tranquil”. On the corner of two streets one of which has traffic almost all day and night. It was not as clean as it should be. I arrived to clothes in both the washer and dryer. Owner basically told to take care of it myself which I did. Dirty dishes com the dishwasher. Some do dirty they never got cleaned. Communication was ok. Told him I was out of trash bags told me to go to the dollar store. I could go on but I would not have time. I would not rent this property "

"Very nice and clean. Personally, I didn’t use the kitchenette, but it was available and nicely laid out. The bathroom was larger than expected. There was adequate closet space if needed. The patio area would be perfect for an evening in if a couple decided to stay in. Overall, it was great for what I needed: a couple of days of job shadowing at the hospital in Tampa and a couple of beach days in Clearwater. I would definitely rent again if it’s available before I move down here!"

"We loved this place. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved watching the wildlife and my little old dog loved chasing the geckos. Has everything you need for a great stay. We will definitely be returning."
