"Villa Yazmin was exceptional! The host was available for communication before and during the trip. The property is located within a community where you can walk to a restaurant and beach. Yet, there is a beautiful pool and ocean access via a ladder right at the Villa. Ocean waves can be rough, so be careful. The constant breezes helped to cool the Villa and it was so quiet."

"Our family (3 teens, 2 adults, 1 grandma) had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was VERY clean, the outdoor area was perfect and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. This was our second time staying in Coral Estates and we really love the area. It's a great location to be able to enjoy everything on the island within reasonable driving distance. Grocery stores and restaurants are also very close.The house was perfect! We really enjoyed how the kitchen opened up to the outdoor space and it was well equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast and a few dinners.The pool was gorgeous and probably our favorite thing about the house! The manager of the property was also extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay on the island."

"A literal oasis. The photos don’t do it justice. Friendly, communicative, and welcoming hosts. Great, central location. The three studios share an outdoor kitchen that we used almost every night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Bring bug spray though. There are mosquitos and tiny biting ants that nibbled all my limbs every time I sat outside on our patio."

"The outdoor living space was a highlight — the pool was ideal after long beach days, and on slower days when we wanted to stay close to home, it was perfect for that too. All amenities were exactly as described, and Dora & her team were excellent — answering every question before booking & stayed responsive during our stay. Being on site, they responded quickly & dropped off anything we needed without hesitation.Location-wise, I’d call this the best spot on the island. You’re 10–30 minutes from the top beaches & 30 minutes from downtown. We loved Coral Estates itself: safe, walkable, with restaurants & the beach five minutes away (note that the “beach” doesn’t have a sandy area). We walked down for dinner & sunsets multiple times — the little café for smoothies, breakfast & pizza became a favorite & we loved the bar’s balcony. One evening we brought dinner to the beach, watched the sunset, swam & stayed to stargaze. One of those nights you don’t forget.The house is spacious and modern — plenty of room for a family of five with 3 teens. Beds & pillows comfortable, AC powerful (we ran it every night) & the rain shower heads were lovely. Huge doors opened to a cross breeze that kept things cool during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, WiFi was strong throughout & the ocean and sunset views were stunning — we even caught a rainbow one morning. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs, and this was our favorite. We’d come back without hesitation & highly recommend it."

"The villa and view are beautiful, as pictured. It has everything needed for a great stay. The size was perfect for our family of 4. The pool is also a great size for light swimming for the kids and cool down for all!We paid extra for a set of beach towels for each person which was nice for beach and pool use. Open up the primary room windows to get a breeze going through to the bathroom if you have to shower during the A/C off time, that helps a lot!We would definitely rent it again."

"Pros great view, clean, great check in, great location. Cons, showers they poured water everywhere and you had to squeegee the floor after every shower. The pool was 7ft deep with no low end. The beach was rock with a ladder to get in the water."
