"Beautiful hotel nice staff love it"

"This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend."

"Wonderful stay. My spouse and I absolutely loved our time at Palacio de Santa Inés. The staff were incredibly kind and helped us with several needs (laundry, cab services, off-the-path tourist spots, and finding less touristy and more local shopping places, to name a few). The staff was also multilingual (I heard English, Spanish, French, and German all from the same concierge for example), which was not a requirement for us in booking but very impressive. The breakfast was delicious and quite varied for a hotel offering. The units have AC (which is not common among others this historic in town) that worked well during the time of year we visited. The hotel is beautiful and a great example of Spanish city palace design. The room was fantastic. Ours in particular was modeled after Nasrid decor and was absolutely beautiful. We loved our time here and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Granada. "
