Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy

NOT AS ADVERTISED

Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! I will not share a bathroom with someone I don't know or even stay in a house with others I do not know. Had I know, we would not have booked the place. We were expecting to have the house to ourselves. When we were getting the information she mentioned a "room with two beds", confused, we called and she explained the arrangements. I let her know that was not what we were expecting and let her know we would not be staying there given COVID and having to SHARE a bathroom. When I sent her a message inquiring about our refund......Crickets! I am sure it is a nice house. All I want is my money back for false advertising!
