"Parking was easy but a little down from the room. Room was ok. Lots of shops nearby including one right next door. Grocery store and the beach along with restaurants only less than a minute away. Most people were friendly, including the staff."

We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the mornings and evenings and hearing birds while we drank our coffee. Eastpoint is one of our favorite places in the Forgotten Coast, and the cottage was a perfect place to stay. We will be back again."

"The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5. "

"03/01/26: Staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate for our needs, we just use the bike. The hotel is in a quiet location, with a nice gas station with a big store close by. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and hot. The lady running the dining area was super nice and helpful! Traveled 12 hours the day we went and were able to relax and get some much needed rest. "
