→ The lower level: The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. There is easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks + it’s steps away from the nearest pool. There is space for 2 vehicles to park. You can find all beach gear in the outdoor closet.

→ The main level: Upstairs, you’ll find a modern open living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a deck. There is a shared full bathroom and a bedroom with a cozy queen bed. This bedroom includes a Juliet balcony perfect for catching a Gulf breeze.

→ The upper level: On the carpeted upper floor, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with its private bathroom and deck. There is also a bunk room with a bunk, trundle bed that sleeps 4 guests and shares a bathroom in the hallway.

Other:

→ Initial Supplies - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

*Please note: Guests will need to use stairs, there is no elevator. Per the HOA rules, no golf carts allowed.

St. George beach vacay

The property was perfect for our family of five adults and one 3 year old, precious grandbaby. We loved having the pools and everyone with their own balcony. The beds were all super comfortable and the place was well appointed with nearly everything we needed! We hope this will be a repeat family trip for years to come!

The condo was clean, cozy and had everything you need! The beach is closer than it looks in the pictures and had a nice boardwalk to the beach access. The beach was not crowded at all. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay there again!

Wonderful family memories!

My family had a delightful week long stay in this thoughtfully equipped condo which was clean, and only a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 which included a 4 adults, a teen, and a very active two year old grandson. Nirmal did an excellent job of communicating before and during our stay.

Love St. George Island!

What a beautiful, quiet place to recharge during fall break. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride up and down the strip, so many butterflies in November. We enjoyed the state park nearby, beaches weren't packed at all, at some points we had the beaches to ourselves. Definitely want to visit this gem of a place again.

This is a great place! Very clean and everything was in working order. The host was helpful and kind. There’s a boardwalk that goes directly from the back porch steps to the pool or the beach. 2 minute walk to the beach max! One of the best places we’ve stayed!

The townhouse was nice and clean and in a good quiet area. The Keurig was nice! Only complaint was there needed to be more bath towels, washcloths, & dish towels.

Everything we hoped for!

We went down with our 4 kids and had a great time. It was our first time to St. George and we loved it. The place was nice, clean, and had everything we needed and more. They had chairs, boogie boards, bikes, floats, cart… it was nice to have access to those even though we didn’t end up needing them. We really liked the location as the end unit and it was super easy to get to pool and beach. Property owner was very responsive and kind. We really enjoyed our time there!

Quick get away after my husband's work meeting

We only stayed 2 nights. The townhouse had everything we needed. The spaces were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the beach most of our full day. The king bed was softer than we normally sleep on but we slept so good it's making me think I need a softer bed at home. Thank you for sharing your home.

The best place we have ever stayed on St. George Island. The kitchen is well stocked. We slept well because it was quiet and beds are comfortable. The Air Conditioner works well and is not noisy. Great location

The location of this property is great, close to the beach, pool and is very quite. Plenty of room for my family. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for all our dining needs. The only problem we had was the dryer had rust on the inside of the door, which got on some of our clothes. My wife tried to clean the rust off the door. Over all great place would go back in the future.

Relaxation at it's finest

We wanted a home away from home for a few days. We normally make day trips to SGI since we live less than 2 hours away. We decided last minute to book our stay and the process couldn't have been any easier. Communication was always fast & efficient. The home was exactly what we were looking for and the location was perfect for our love of Dr. Julian Bruce State Park. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.
