Et n’espérez pas vous en sortir si vous arrivez de nuit, c’est juste impraticable. Une honte pour un lieu qui se prétend hôtel. L’accueil ? Inexistant. "We booked for the family to experience the desert and a camel ride. The booking team arranged transport and camels for us. The overall service was excellent, Mohammed was very attentive and accomodating. The tent whilst 'hot'! Was very comfortable. The only issue was we unfortunately we had trouble with the shower and toilet. However, arrangements were made during the stay and the booking team were responsive and took remdeial action. What more can you ask for!"
