"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The Wi-Fi was super easy to connect to, and was pretty fast. While the room was clean, it is clearly starting to show signs of wear and tear, however, the price, the location, the ample free parking, and the open clean vibe of the whole facility made it just a nice in town hide-away, or somewhere decent to stay in for visiting family and friends who are in town for a longer time. The only "odd" thing was the HUGE light up mirror that dominated the whole of the wall next to the bed. Sure, the light was GREAT and it gave the room the appearance of being much larger, it made it feel slightly uncomfortable turning that way in the middle of the night."

"I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. While the room was clean and suitable for my needs, and the pool area is quite nice, there were significant service and value issues that would make me hesitant to return. Dining: Be aware that the restaurants are separate organizations from the hotel. The breakfast options are very expensive ($28 USD for the buffet), and unfortunately, the quality did not match the price. The pastries and French toast were not fresh. Furthermore, while the front desk stated breakfast was served until 10:00 AM, the staff began closing the buffet at 9:30 AM, making us feel rushed. I would recommend looking for food options off-site. Guest Shuttles: There seems to be a major lack of communication between management and front desk staff regarding guest transportation. We were initially offered a shuttle to the Long Beach Exchange (LBX), but when we called for the return trip as instructed, the agent claimed they "don't do shuttles for guests." While they eventually honored the ride, the interaction was unprofessional and made us feel like a significant inconvenience. Overall, while the physical property is well-maintained, the lack of coordination between departments and the poor value of the breakfast made for a frustrating stay."

"I booked last-minute here after looking at other hotels in the area as it seemed the safest bet based on those other reviews. I arrived late at night and the place was well lit with a good amount of cars parked. It was quiet. Walking up, the staff member immediately came out and checked me in, and also provided bottled water. It was an easy process. Got my key and opened the door to my room, immediately turned on the lights and found it to be quite decent. Better than I expected honestly, as i have been other places where the lights end up stirring “things” in the night. Nothing here. The place was clean, possibly renovated within the last 5 years. The bed was comfortable and clean, woke up with no back issues. I didn’t really hear any noise except for doors closing in the AM, so the walls seemed well insulated. The shower and sink could have used a little more detailed cleaning but i didn’t find them terrible. I stayed three nights and found it well worth the cost. I am glad I selected to stay here and will do so again when I am in the area."
