"Staff is amazing! Jill, Tina and Craig are customer service at its top level. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. If you want a great customer service experience with a great rate, I highly recommend this property! "

"Staff was nice. Water never got hot enough to shower, so I had to shower at work. Staff member didn't show up for morning second day of my stay. They are working on fixing the old Econolodge up, but it's kind of a lost cause. My door was opposite the staircase, so I had to listen to people stomping by and talking loudly most of the night, and the upstairs floors all shake whenever someone walks by. But they are cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for."

"This is the most ideal place to stay when visiting Seattle. Close enough to the city, without the crazy it brings. Beautiful home with full furnishing. Could not have had a better time in Seattle. "

"I booked the room one week ahead and when we arrived on check in time the reception told us that the room I booked isn’t available and he can give us another room in different building which was nearby. The room was not clean and the cooktop wasn’t working. The front door was not working properly. The sink in the bathroom was not working correctly. We did not like it."
