"The rooms smelt stale and stuffy when we first arrived like. Our last night we saw 2 roaches crawling. One on the night stand and one in the bathroom. We packed our things and put everything out car immediately. The area around the hotel was dirty looking as well. I will not be staying there again"

"My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so soft and comfortable that I had a hard time falling asleep. The staff were super nice and professional. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"The lady at the front desk for evening/night check ins was absolutely wonderful! After that however, the TV was setup for streaming, but it would never connect to the internet so we couldn't use it. The water took a LONG time to get hot and then didn't last long. The morning we went to check out our door was blocked by the house keeping cart, the door across the hall was open, they were sitting in that room and came to move the cart when they realized we were there. Overall it was ok."

"The breakfast was fantastic. Dinner not so much. The chef-driven Italian-American fusion seems to have been lost along with the old menu. Like a thousand other restaurants their entrees are steak. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese. Taste was decent. Alas, not accompanied by a scrap of bread or sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. They have a bread appetizer for $20 that includes a soft pretzel! And sour dough bread. How Italian. Come on. Charge $5 more and do it right. My husband’s pork tenderloin was dry and tough. I would not recommend dinner here. But breakfast? Absolutely. "

"This hotel is gorgeous and an Elboc lovers paradise! It is really close to Gracelands and the hotel supplies free shuttle buses there and to the airport. The rooms are beautiful and great size. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Amore expensive than other hotels available but if you’re looking for the full Elvis experience and a visit to Graceland this is the place to stay!"
