"We did not receive check in instructions until 4:15 PM once I reached out to host. The number listed to contact host was not a working number. I started panicking a bit! But then the management co responded in a timely manner. There was not a wine opener which is usually provided in a VRBO but I got one and left it in the house. My donation for the next house guest. Overall has was very clean and nice! Would recommend and stay there again!"

"We were in for a family wedding and needed a space to spread out and get ready while also relaxing in the down time. This was perfectly located and so quiet and peaceful. Everything was great. There were a few items that needed addressed and I quickly messaged the host. Sounds like those items were recently damaged and are things that will take time to fix. My only complaint is the water. It does have a smell and didnt go away. We bought our own water to use for everything. This was fine for a short stay but if you are staying longer, You need to plan to buy lots of bottled water. Sitting in the sunroom watching the creek and all of the wildlife was so nice. We all loved the space. "

"This is our 2nd time staying at this house. We've come in winter both times so never got to use the pool but we have enjoyed the hot tubs. The house is in a great location to U of A/Dickson/center of town - definitely not walking distance but a 10min drive. The house is very spacious with multiple sitting areas and the ping pong and shuffleboard are fun amenities. It does need updating, especially upstairs, but has always been very clean. Highly recommend."

"House was clean and amenities were sufficient. We were initially provided an incorrect duplex address. After numerous attempts to open the wrong duplex we then had a little difficulty reaching the messaging service. We eventually got this worked out. Also when leaving the duplex we were never able to get the front door to lock behind us so had to dead bolt from inside and exit thru garage each time. "
