"We booked this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner as we have two family members who are students at UArk. This was a super house for hosting a holiday dinner, and there was room for everyone to spread out in between food. The house has ample living areas plus a nice yard for lawn games and even a party barn for Pickleball. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was ample. We highly recommend this house!"

(I will say there was odd smell outside that would drift in at times, but that is not something I can count against the apartment.)
