"Great property"

"This house is beautiful on the outside but infested with roaches on the inside Riaches were every where. In the fridge, in the drawer were the silverware are located. Crawling over the dishes. Crawling on the walls. Big ones, small ones, pregnant roaches. They tried to spray before we arrived and dead roaches were all over the place. Because this home is infested a simple over the counter spray will not rid the roaches permanently. The Jacuzzi never heated up. I was told there was a BBQ grill on...

"Gorgeous property that was a comfy stay for our extended family of 17 for 3 nights, celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Slight issue getting the lockbox to open upon arrival (very hard to hear that you've pressed the buttons, causing mis-presses, maybe the volume could be turned up on it?).
