Large 4 bedroom home with plenty of space for families. Screened in-ground pool with hot tub and a screened porch with tables and seating for 12+. Fenced backyard for pets, palm trees, patio, fire pit and gas grill. House is stocked and ready for you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, snacks and more, even a water bottle and chocolate on the nightstand to kick off your stay! Kitchen- Complete with coffee bar and cozy breakfast nook, this kitchen has everything you need to feel at home! Equipped with a Keurig Duo coffee pot so that you can use a single serve kcup or make a pot of coffee. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, electric skillet, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic seasonings. Bonus: french press & moka pot. Our family loves the walking trails around the lake, almost guaranteed to see some Sand Hill Cranes. Only a few steps from the front door! Want to take the kids to a playground? You have two within walking distance. Basketball, skateboarding or boating? Also, all within a short walk. Making core memories that last!

Winter Escape

This is a lovely home. It's very spacious and well-appointed. The Masts were excellent hosts. Since we stayed for 3 months, we loved that we could walk to the Lake Wales Family Recreation Center, and to downtown Lake Wales. Being able to walk through Lake Wailes park every day was wonderful. We really enjoyed our winter escape!

A great place

We had a great time in this well equipped, clean home with a screened in pool and hot tub. I was surprised to find out you have to pay extra to have the hot tub heated because it’s part of the pool, but it was well with it. Communication was great throughout the week.

Beautiful house

The house was amazing for central FL. The veiws of the lake were nice. Spent endless hours in the pool. Our pup enjoyed the running space in the back yard. Having a skate park right down the road was also nice for the kids.

Very nice home

With a daughter and her family living in Lake Wales, this home was a convenient place for us (and our other daughter) to stay for a few days. Our grandsons loved the heated pool and hot tub and we rode bikes every day on the paved path around the lake. We will check availability for our next trip down to Lake Wales.

Like Being Home

We had all the comforts of home. We only cooked one night, but had every thing we needed as far as prepping and serving this meal. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location was beautiful, in a very pleasant neighborhood, which is very important to us. Due to a minor issue, the host owner was very quick/responsive to our needs. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet, spacious, and relaxing

In town for a wedding. Loved the space, location, and amenities of this VRBO. Plenty of space to hang out as a family but have your own area when desired. Having a private pool and hot tub was so nice. We spent a lot of time in both. Convenient to the wedding location. Quiet and relaxing. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Well stocked. Owner was great with communication. Highly recommend!

Super Family Christmas

Super Beautiful Home. Perfect for our Family Christmas reunion. Everyone,especially the kids, loved the pool and spa. Also the Large den with Super size TV was perfect for movies, and Christmas morning gift opening. Enjoyed smores around the fire pit in the evenings, and the large screened in picnic table would have been our spot for meals if the weather was nicer, but the Large dinning room was Great and made us all feel at home. Really enjoyed the stay and will recomend to friends.

Beautiful Home

This was our second stay at the Mast’s beautiful home in Lake Wales. We had 8 friends and we were all very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The pool, spa, and fire pit were wonderful! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. If we return next year, we hope this home will be available. This property does not disappoint! Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Wedding

We were married at Bok Towers & Rented this house to host family & Friends. It was the perfect size & Location. THE pool was great for my cousins Small children to play in when viviting .The owner was Amazing. Always a available & accommodating. I think we will rent this place in the future!!Thank You for making our special day extra special!

Christmas 2024

We have family in Lake Wales and this location allows us to stay close by in comfort. We bring our bikes and ride around the lake with our grandkids on the paved path. We love the pool, which can be heated in colder weather and the hot tub. One of the things that really attracted us is the dining table that seats 8 people - perfect for our family holiday meals. Kristy, the host is very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!

Wedding weekend

This house is amazing! In town for our son’s wedding at Bella Cosa. Though we have a townhouse in Gibsonton, this 6 minute drive to the venue was well worth it! From accommodating us to drop our belongings a bit early so we could shop/prep for the rehearsal dinner, to late night swims, we had a wonderful time with family and friends. A well-stocked home & quick responses from our host made it easy.

Great location and amenities

Our family stayed her for a wedding at Bella Cosa. Kristy was a great host and responded to our requests promptly! The pool and spa were great and there was more than enough room for all of us to spread out. The location to the wedding venue was very convenient. The lake across the street was nice to wake up to. My brother and his wife had a nice walk around the lake on the walking path. Playgrounds nearby were good for the small kids. We had everything we needed at the house - we were able to cook and eat a few meals at the house and do a couple loads of laundry during our stay. Highly recommended!!

Great house and location in central florida

Kristy did a wonderful job setting up the house for guests, had anything we needed to get started including smores items and firewood for outside. The pool and spa are very nice and we enjoyed them a lot in our month there. The house location is right off the lake with a great walking trail available (2.75 miles long). Also a 2+ mile rail trail behind the house which is good for a shorter ride. House is also very near Bok Tower which is a great garden to visit. There’s lots of room in the house and the bedrooms comfortable. Any issues were minor and dealt with quickly even when the owner was on vacation. A couple negatives were, the queen room downstairs doesn’t have any closets so you’ll be working out of a suitcase which is ok for a week but longer may be an issue. Also the table near the pool is very rusted so needs replaced soon and the outside rugs were bad.

A wonderful stay in my hometown of Lake Wales

From the moment we walked in, we knew this would be a great place to stay. The home was warm and welcoming, and well stocked with all the essentials for our week-long stay. I was returning for my daughter's wedding at nearby Bella Cosa--I'd been away for nearly ten years. Lake Wales is small and charming as ever, and just far enough off the beaten path for a reprieve from the Florida tourist traffic. This home is perfectly situated on the town's namesake lake, with a bike and walking path just outside the front door. The house is spacious and we were never cramped for space, even when family dropped by for a visit. I'd definitely recommend visiting Bok Tower, which is just a few minutes away. Our children loved the heated pool, and we enjoyed having some family over for the backyard fire pit. I liked the ability to have Walmart or Publix deliver groceries right to the house when we arrived, a wonderful convenience when travelling. I hope to stay here again in the near future. Thank you! And the Wedding was perfect too!
