"We came with our family and friends for Thanksgiving and this was the first time here. The house was absolutely stunning inside and out. The house is fully loaded with everything you need and more. We made so many fun memories together at your beautiful home. We can’t wait to come and stay again, hopefully in the summer time so we can utilize the boathouse a bit more. "This property is amazing, so clean and spacious, also the kitchen is well equipped. The sauna is so cool and the whole house is simply stunning. Very well decorated in details wirh the cute black bears everywhere. Also loved the many books and downstairs area, as well as the many outside decks and outdoor area. Beautiful tress and so peacwful. We will surely miss the Black Bear Lodge. What a wonderful property. The cleaniness was amazing. Beds were so comfumy and bedrooms so cozy. Bathrooms were wonderful and spacious. This property is loved by their owners you can just tell Thanl you so much for letting us be your guest !!"

"We had a great stay at your South Forks cabin. The cabin itself was charming and provided everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the linens & towels felt luxurious. Mornings spent having coffee on the front porch, surrounded by trees, so very peaceful. The nighttime lighting was charming. We enjoyed the walking paths. We were close to Saluda and Hendersonville. Communication with the host was easy. We did have an occasional problem with the narrow gravel roads, at one point meeting an oncoming car (who I believe was heading out the entrance road) and neither of us had room to pass, resulting in us having to back down the road to allow the other person to pass, which was a bit tricky. I believe the entrance & exit roads are marked but the signs are hard to see. We would definitely stay with you again!"
