Welcome to Saluda Grade Cabins!



Saluda Grade Cabins is a small collection of cabins in Saluda, North Carolina. This private oasis provides peace, comfort, and the opportunity to form lifelong memories on the property. While on the Cabin Fever grounds you will have access to a charcoal grill, two communal fire-pit pavilions with seating, its own small mountain stream with bridge access, outdoor play space, two hiking trails, a family-friendly zip-line, a small pond, water wheel, and so much more!



Ever After Escape is located at the lower elevations of the property and is the closest to the playground area and horseshoe pit. Ever After Escape provides the perfect place for you and your children to experience the great outdoors. This cabin features two covered porches: You may enjoy the front porch with its rockers and swing or watch the kids play on the playground from the screened back porch. This cabin sleeps 4 people with a king bed in the downstairs bedroom and a double bed in the loft. The loft is accessible by a built-in ladder. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, oven, coffee maker, stove, and microwave), air conditioning, electric heat, a full bathroom, as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom and living area. There are two electric fireplaces one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Please bring your own charcoal and fire-starting materials--paper, kindling, etc. for outdoor firepit (Liquid fire starters are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.)

I booked for a last minute getaway, and this cabin perfectly fit the bill! The cabin and campground are established, but not necessarily dated, since most of the plumbing and appliances were recently updated. The place feels secluded but is easily accessible from a main road and had good cell service. The kitchen was well-stocked for my needs. Check-in was somewhat confusing and there were a lot of online documents to navigate, but communication was prompt. I asked about early check-in, but the process and fee (10) were not very clear. At check out, the information posted at the cabin contradicted other information I received digitally, so I wasn’t sure about cleanup procedures, but if you’re decent and clean I guess it works out. On the whole, I would definitely recommend and stay again!
