"We were pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem in Lake Delavan. Although it was a 15mn drive from Lake Geneva it was located right on the lake. It didn't have access to a beach however you could walk a few minutes to the public beach area. They did have a small dock for fishing however it's also busy with rental boats. The resort as beautiful, quaint and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went mid September and the outdoor pool was still open. It has a sister property and you are now to use some of their amenities as well. Even though it didn't have a restaurant the one located inside the other property was amazing. We are hoping to go back for christmas! "

"Amazing Lake Delavan Getaway - Perfect Family Spot!Our stay at this beautiful lake house on Lake Delavan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. This house is truly a gem and was the perfect spot for our family vacation.The house itself was great – clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay easy and relaxing. We especially enjoyed tubing on the lake, the big windows overlooking the lake, "the well-stocked kitchen," and the cozy living areas. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.The host, Zach, was also great! Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.We made so many wonderful memories here, from tubing on the lake, exploring the area, and enjoying morning coffee with lake views. The location on Lake Delavan is ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to local activities.We can't recommend this lake house enough. "

"Easiest communication and check in with an owner ever! Brian was a great communicator and so nice to deal with. Our son was getting married on Saturday and we had rented his property from Thursday to Monday. The property is a classic MCM ranch that includes a basement with a walkout to Lake Delevan. The property has plenty of space for us and our other children to spread out, get comfy and ease into the big day at their venue less than 5 minutes away. The property was also at the end of a dead end street, so super quiet and peaceful-something we really appreciated leading up to our son and daughter-in-law's big day! Brian was also very sweet and left us a bottle of bubbly to help kick off the festivities!! Thank you Brian for going the extra mile to make our weekend perfect. "
